The Frederick industrial-style table features a heavy cast iron base that adjusts from standard dining height up to counter height. This very robust design is multi-functional as a dining table, pub table, kitchen island, writing table, or desk. The modern industrial top consists of smooth high-carbon steel with bold rivetted trim, sturdy hand-welded tubular underlayment, and a distressed black finish.

This design takes its name from the Frederic Post Company located in Chicago, IL. The Frederick Post Company was a manufacturing leader of drafting tables and related factory workbenches during this period of US history.
