The launch of knoxdeco.com marks another milestone in the company’s transformation from national to international retail. Along with providing special discounts to shoppers, this new e-commerce site will complement the company’s popular rusticdeco.com store by providing US and Canadian shoppers automated real-time shipping quotes. This feature individualizes shipping and freight options based on the buyer’s geographic location. The Knox Deco website will also offer free in-store pickup from the company’s Knoxville, TN warehouse.
The new website is structured around three living areas: dining room, home office and entertainment areas. Knox Deco offers a wide selection of designer furniture and décor for restaurants, businesses, and homes, including customized vintage industrial, mid-century modern styles, and Rustic Deco exclusives. The store’s mission is to provide customers with a great online shopping experience coupled with affordable yet flexible shipping options.

We are pleased to announce our plans to relocate Rustic Deco’s primary office and distribution center to Henson Road just off Middlebrook Pike in Knoxville, TN. Due to higher-than-forecasted sales for 2019, we have outgrown our current location at 207 Center Park Drive. The new location will allow Rustic Deco to not only address the going expectations for expeditious shipping, it will also give us more control over quality and customization options.
At our new location, we have expanded development areas to allow our designers to accelerate prototyping and customization. The next few months will be very exciting as we bring you new furniture designs and collections. Stay tuned!
