Rustic Deco Receives "Excellent in Technology" Award

At this year’s Intercon Internet Conference in Las Vegas, Rustic Deco received the Excellence in Technology award based on its rapidly expanding and highly successful ecommerce platform. Rustic Deco’s automated e-system enables the company to efficiently market and sell furniture and décor across a variety of online sales channels including Walmart, Amazon, Etsy, Houzz, and Shopify.

Rustic Deco’s e-commerce platform fully integrates the company’s two Knoxville-based warehouses, ensuring automatic and expeditious logistical control. This integrated real-time connectivity extends across the WMS with e-QC product confirmation and barcode-scanner syncs that relay inventory and shipping status real-time back to its ecommerce sites. Post-shipping, Rustic Deco’s ERP system allows customers to monitor shipments via automated text or email updates through every step of the delivery process.

I am very proud that we received this e-commerce award, but I am even more proud of the Rustic Deco team members. They approach each customer interaction with enthusiasm and truly care about the customer’s satisfaction. Our fulfillment team is phenomenal with its ability to construct custom crates and pallets for our unique furniture; they ensure each item is carefully packaged and protected - no matter how large or bulky.
